Using GoSched offline
If you landed here unexpectedly
You’re offline and that page hasn’t been saved to this device yet. A schedule has to be opened once while you have a connection before it can be opened without one.
Saving a schedule
- 1Open your schedule while you have data or wifi.
- 2Tap Save for offline.
- 3That’s it. The schedule now opens with no connection — including in Airplane Mode.
iPhone
Open GoSched in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Important: open the exact schedule link at least once while online — both in Safari and, if you added it, in the Home Screen app. Safari and the Home Screen app keep separate storage, so saving in one does not save it in the other.
If you have an NFC keychain, tap it once while online too. Tapping a tag opens Safari, so it’s Safari’s copy that needs to exist for the offline tap to work.
Android
Open GoSched in Chrome and accept the install prompt, or use Menu → Add to Home screen.
Open your schedule once while online and save it. If you have a keychain, tap it once while online as well so its link is stored too.
What you’ll see offline
- An Offline Mode banner at the top of the screen.
- The date your copy was last synced, so you know how fresh it is.
- Search won’t work offline — it needs the server. Your saved schedules will.
